Our story
We’re sisters, nerds, book lovers, outdoorswomen, travelers, and constantly curious teachers.
We’ve built, rescued, rejuvenated, scaled, sold, and scuddled businesses. Along the way, we came to understand that we are natural and passionate problem-solvers, so we started Iridium Consulting Company in 2019 to do just that for organizations we liked. In 2023, we launched Iridium Helps as a way to share our knowledge with a broader audience, helping more individuals and organizations skips some of the “learning the hard way” steps that we’d seen time and again in our consulting work.

How we got here.
Early 2019 – Founded Iridium Consulting company in February as a recruiting & staffing firm
Mid 2020 – Holy Covid! Added 1:1 career coaching and outplacement to our services
Late 2020 – Expand our serivces to include HR consulting to meet client demand
2020 – Began Leading signature workshops for associations & Academic Institutions on hiring and Professional development-related subjects
2021 – Caley honored as denver business Journal top 40 woman in energy
2022 – scaled up Consulting to meet demand (then remember that we dislike managing & Scaled down)
2023 – we beat whitney’s breast cancer while Developing Iridium Helps to provide assistance to more individuals & Organizations
Present – Iridium Helps continues to be a place for us to experiment & share our insights with others
