Early 2019 – Founded Iridium in February as a recruiting & staffing firm
Mid 2020 – Holy Covid! Added 1:1 career coaching and outplacement to services
Late 2020 – Began providing HR consulting to organizational clients
2020 – Began leading Signature workshops for associations & Academic Institutions on hiring and career related subjects
2021 – Caley honored as Denver business journal top woman in energy
2022/2023 – We beat wHitney’s Breast cancer while developing iridium helps to provide assistance to more individuals
2024 – Iridium Helps expands from 1:1 assistance to 1:many and shifts to focusing on helping women in the workplace
