For more than five years, Sarah had been performing all of the development initiatives for a growing non-profit. Singlehandedly, she led all revenue-generating activities for the company including finding and maintaining relationships with high-ticket sponsors. When she began planning for her forthcoming maternity leave, Sarah needed to hire someone to support her for the first time. We worked with her to identify her critical needs, understand what aspects of her role she wanted to retain because she enjoyed them, and examined potential options (Full-Time, Part-Time, 1099 Contractor) for her situation.
